For one of our clients we are looking for a Infrastructure Specialist (m/f) in Munich.
Objective
- To maintain and operate the global and local IT infrastructure required by AGCS business needs conerning networks, data centres, server technologies
- To manage the IT infrastructure security requirements
- To work with the providers concerning capacity management and service management
- To ensure a timely resolution of IT infrastructure related support cases
- To facililate uninterrupted application availability and performance
- To ensure the continuous improvement of solution design and implementation process as well as the related support processes in cooperation with providers and other IT departments
- To participate in the innovation process
- To ensure the knowledge transfer inside and across teams
Requirements
- Technical skills on all infrastructures components (OS, Network, Storage, ...)
- ITIL skill
- Service management
