Job Description:
- This role focuses on combining customer service skills and technical knowledge in order to provide high levels of 1st/2nd line technical support
- Maintenance and support of all mobile devices including smartphones, tablets etc.
- Resolve incidents in a timely and efficient manner, keeping the client informed regarding the status of their query until resolution.
- Create, maintain and utilise desktop/laptop images using appropriate systems
- Prioritise and resolve mission critical equipment and IT services
Required Skills:
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Client (XP/7)/Server ) environment. Knowledge of Active Directory and MS Exchange
- Sound experience of installing and configuring PC hardware and peripherals
- Must be proficient with Macintosh Operating system
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications required
- Good knowledge of Lotus Notes required
- Must be fluent in German Language
