For our client in the telecommunication industry we are currently looking for a Service Manager
Start: 05.01.2015
Duration: 3 months (+ extension, 3 months roll-over contracts)
Location: first 1 - 1 1/2 Month Dusseldorf, Germany then Newbury, U.K
Volume: 40 hours/week

Project description:
The project takes place in the Product and Services department. Our client is looking for an experienced Service Manager who can support the team with deep understanding of Monitoring and Process knowledge.
Tasks/Daily business:
- the first four weeks you will come for the incorporation to Dusseldorf
- you have to describe, define and improve the active processes in you department.
- identify key area
- define reports
- define monitoring
- vote various support models with other departments
- make service review with customer
We are looking for a candidate with the following mandatory skills:
- deep ITIL knowledge
- deep technical knowledge
- good Remedy knowledge
- good JIRA knowledge
- good HPQC knowledge
- good Confluence knowledge
- MS Powerpoint
- MS Word
- MS Viso
