Business Development Manager - GERManning Global, is urgently looking for a Business Development Manager for our client, a
prestigious international Energy company, to be based in Germany.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the EU.
Start Date: January 2015
Contract Type: Permanent
Required Languages: English and German Fluent
Travel: 50%
Your Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager is growing and promoting the company,
specifically in the Shipping Industry. You must be able to identify, develop and execute on business
opportunities of all types in order to meet targets and expand the business.
Relationship Development: To establish and maintain good business relationships with potential Shipping customers
Opportunity Identification: To locate Shipping target customers and build up the pipeline of LNG bunkering projects in ECA coverage
To work closely with finance and strategy team to roadmap business development opportunities
To prepare, refine, and create the investment proposal (project feasibility study)
To assist on the delivery of Shipping projects, which could be the construction of bunkering stations, the setup of a JV, and/or the execution of M&
Knowledge, Ability and Skills:
Required qualifications and competences:
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, engineering or relevant disciplines
5-10 years work experience in business development, B2B sales
Strong experience in Shipping or Ship Management
