Quality Manager - Munich
Manning Global, is urgently looking for a Quality Manager for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, to be based in Munich on contract position.

Main Responsibilities:

Organize, coordinate, and monitor the Quality project system, ensure that the project management complies with the Quality requirements; be responsible for Subcontractor Quality Management

Develop a working relationship with the customer to understand their current and projected requirements for quality standards of delivered products

Organize the creation of project specific and customer driven quality (and quality assurance) plans, method statements, risk assessment processes and any other quality related project specific requirements

Communicate as main interface with customers, subcontractors, and project teams on the Quality status in a timely manner

Organize the Quality control and sampling, Quality investigation and reporting; Perform timely and effective handling on the Quality Management during the engineering delivery process to minimize the impacts, like First Time Right(Subcontractor Management)

Organize the regular reporting to the project managers about the operation status and improvement requirements of the Quality Management System and Supplier quality performance

Assist the project managers in communicating with customers, employees, subcontractors and public about the whole project/quality/subcontractor management system.

Establish a comprehensive documentation system and monitor the clean up process

Instruct and train the subcontractor according the Huawei and customer quality requirements
Skill requirements :
-
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering.

Knowledge of Quality Management and quality engineering experience; 5+ years

Ability to coach, support and train managers and subcontractors with regards to Quality requirements, First Time Right and best practice

Telefonica Germany experience is preferred

Quality professional or audit professional, such as DQG certification is preferred

Must be capable of developing and implementing effective quality systems in accordance with ISO9001:2008 or TL9000

Flexibility and ability to prioritize and balance multiple ongoing tasks
