I have a great freelance 'Global Head Case Processing - Interim' position for a Global Pharmaceutical client in Munich for an initial 6 months. My client needs support for 5 days/week, starting in December/January and requires a candidate to work full-time on site.You will be performing the following tasks:
- Oversee and control central case processing
- Define global processes for global case processing
- Represent case processing during inspections and audits
- Ensure receipt and processing of all cases
- Monitoring of all processes
- Manage global teams and external vendors
- Define strategic direction
Experience
- Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Pharmacist, Physician, Biologist, or similar healthcare background)
- Min. 10 years experience in Case Processing
- Min. 2 years experience in Project Management
- Leadership experience; experience in managing remote teams
- Experience in an international work environment
- Analytical and structured thinking, process and performance oriented
- Fluency in English
