Skills: IS Design and Architecture
My client seeks a IS Design and Architecture consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Performance analysis and optimization of Reports, based on MS SQL Analysis Cubes and SharePoint Reporting Services
- Support for the design of a high-performance MS SQL OLTP and OLAP infrastructure
- Migration of DWH applications on a new infrastructure
Required extensive experience with:
- MS SQL and SharePoint Reporting Services
- MS SQL Analysis Services (DWH-Cubes)
- ETL (analysis/performance tuning in ETL runs),preferably on MS SQL Server
The basics include relevant experience in MS SQL administration, with high availability solutions, analysis and eliminating performance bottlenecks, Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.
Relevant versions: SQL Server 2008 R2 and new, ideally, already 2014 and Windows Server 2008 R2 or 2012
The project is based in Germany, project language - English.
