Tätigkeit:
Für unseren Kunden, ein namhaftes Unternehmen aus dem Bereich der Informationstechnologie, suchen wir einen erfahrenen Consultant SAP HR/HCM (m/w). Da die Aufgaben in einem internationalen Kontext stattfinden und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse vonnöten sind, finden Sie anbei die originale Aufgabenbeschreibung.
Projektbeschreibung / Aufgaben:
Supplier will provide Services to HP-based for approximately 6 months beginning on or about 01.11.2014 in order to fulfill the objectives of providing services to HP to fulfill the objectives of providing SAP HR/HCM Consulting in the Projects for new customers. These projects implement a fully managed Payroll solution by BPO standard scenarios for customers. These projects are split and scheduled into Design, Build, Test, Deployment and Go-Live including reviews for each phase. The project is at customer site in Dortmund, Bad Homburg and Neu-Isenburg.
Supplier will provide the following services in 12 month (250 person-days):
Implementation project for the following SAP-HCM modules for German scope entities:
* Authorizations
* Interfaces
* Payroll
* Time management
Scope includes:
* Creating an aligned business blueprint
* Implementation of payroll processing, pre- and post-processing on basis of HP's standard tools and methodologies,
* Activation of ESS/MSS Services based on SAP standard functionalities
* Transfer and adoption of current interfaces into HP environment
* Data Migration
* Take-over of historical data
* All legal and collective agreements as well as company agreement – necessities will be implemented
* Revision of existing global enterprise standards and needed adjustment
* Reporting functionalities and activation of ad-hoc query functionality
* Key User Training and support for key users
* Authorization concept implementation
Anforderungen:
* Completed university or higher education institution course or a comparable education
* several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in several areas of SAP (customizing of SAP HR PA and PY, data migration, interfaces, time & attendance, schemas and calculation rules)
* Experience in staff economic processes or the interest to acquire these
* Presentation and project management skills
* Extensive knowledge about data structures and data contents of SAP HCM or interest to acquire these
* Excellent German and English Knowledge
