- support of 2 project managers during current project (classic project assistance) in an existing global team on site- tasks in Marketing environment / working with programs for marketing, branding, etc. purposes
- project works with MS SharePoint
Duration: – , fulltime, 100% on-site, extension option till - support the project management as project assistance
- Independent writing / rework of all service descriptions
- Marketing competence and understanding
- Writing Marketing texts on a Marketing portal content for this portal still needs to be designed (so being familiar with the needed wording is mandatory)
- Experience in strategic programs / projects
- Familiar with budget related topics, such as budget control/ bcoordination, alignment with Controlling team, etc.
- Analytical and strategical thinking
- very good written communication (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- very good command of creating MS PowerPoint presentation
- MS SharePoint experience highly appreciated
- very good verbal communication
- Highly self-organized
- support in conceptual project management
- Creativity highly appreciated
- MS Office (expert)
