Desktop Support VIP Support Analyst Deskside End User Deskside Support German speaker
CLIENT - Major Industry Leader
ROLE
Desktop Support personnel will be responsible for application installs, meeting room setups and ticket management in SN and IPM.
Desktop Support will manage all day to day desktop activities: IMAC, PC imaging, software distribution, patch management.
This is a 3 months contract starting immediately in Munich, Germany.
CANDIDATE
Desktop Support/VIP Support Analyst must have good experience of Windows 7 migration from Windows XP and issues faced after migration. Desktop Support personnel must have used service now tool as a ticketing tool. VIP Support Analyst must be able to communicate with key stakeholders to ensure proper urgency and prioritisation of tasks across technical resources. Desktop Support/VIP Support Analyst must have good experience of using SCCM as a tool for packaging and distribution. The candidate must be able to speak Fluent English and German.
RATE
Rate payable for this role is a range of between EUR 250 EUR 312 per day with all the skills and experience necessary.
