SLA (Service Level Agreement) Coordinators required to work for a Market Leading Telecommnunications client, based in Cologne, Germany. 3 months initial contract. Competitive Rates
English and German Speakers required.
No Travel requirements
Responsibilities:
- Active identification and controlling of service affecting tickets (which processing time will be lost)
- Autonomous and responsible coordination of required troubleshooting arrangements
- Documentation of the current status and the done troubleshooting arrangements in the referencing ticket
- In time escalation regarding escalation Matrix
- Problem analysing and preparing of improvement arrangements
- Close collaboration with the escalation and order status controller
- In collaboration: preparing of solutions for internal and external escalations
- Active communication with the customer
