SLA (Service Level Agreement) Coordinators required to work for a Market Leading Telecommnunications client, based in Cologne, Germany. 3 months initial contract. Competitive Rates

English and German Speakers required.

No Travel requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Active identification and controlling of service affecting tickets (which processing time will be lost)
  • Autonomous and responsible coordination of required troubleshooting arrangements
  • Documentation of the current status and the done troubleshooting arrangements in the referencing ticket
  • In time escalation regarding escalation Matrix
  • Problem analysing and preparing of improvement arrangements
  • Close collaboration with the escalation and order status controller
  • In collaboration: preparing of solutions for internal and external escalations
  • Active communication with the customer
