Tätigkeit:For one of our clients from the finance sector we are looking for a consultant (f/m). The position includes the following tasks: coordinate and communicate delivery schedule for new software versions in simulation, maintain close relationship management with the parties involved, establish plan for rollout of the new release with involved parties, organize and track the activities of involved departments and project teams for the rollout of the new release, creation of documents related to the simulation and production introduction, track and escalate issues posing a risk for the production introduction, maintain close relationship management with affected projects and other systems, creation of project related Organizational Impact Analyses for the respective M7 solution, organization, performance and documentation of meetings with all impacted line organizations, coordination of multiple involved internal departments, especially to find solutions, elaboration, consolidation and tracking of an activity list for all impacted line organizations, facilitate, track and support solution of technical and functional issues during simulation. Required skills: two years' experience in service implementation/organizational readiness or related areas, excellent coordination and communication skills, a structured working method, analytical and problem-solving capabilities and general functional knowledge of securities settlement. General M7 knowledge is an advantage. In addition, business proficiency in German and written and spoken English is required as well as a highly motivated, engaging and positively assertive nature. Finally MS Office and MS Project are advantageous. Project start: asap. Project end: : End of 2014 (extension optional). Location: Rhine-Main Area.
