VIP Support/Desktop Support/EUC/Support/Windows
My client, a large consultancy, is looking for VIP Support/Desktop Support immediately, for 1 year, on-site in Hilden, Germany.
The ideal candidate will have good experience in related IT services, Very good technical knowledge in Windows 7+, Apple iOS, Windows Phone and Office 365, Broad experience in IT-Equipment (network, Servers, clients, AD, VPN, mobility, telecom), Excellent customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills, Excellent organizational skills, Strong oral and written communication skills (technical and non-technical) in German and English, Ideally technical degree in computer science or comparable, Stress resistant.
The ideal candidate will be a fluent German and English speaker.
