For our client we are looking for a experienced SAP CRM Expert (m/f).Start: asap
Location: greater Bielefeld
Duration: November 2015
Consulting in central release build projects on a Template system as well as in Europe-based rollout projects.
Localization of service processes in European countries.
Conception, Design and Specification of integrated SAP-based Service processes with SAP CRM 7.1 on HANA. Customizing and system configuration to improve functional scope of template solution. Testing and training preparation and support. Local support of rollout activities (current focus Nordic countries, later France
and others).
Knowledge / Expertise:
must have
- Profound knowledge of Service Processes
- SAP CRM Service, e.i.:
- Contact Center Management
- Service Order Management
- Service Agreements and Contracts
- Workshop Repairs
- CRM Billing / Pricing
- Spare Part Handling and Returns
- IObject Management
- Extensive experiences with SAP CRM 5.0 / 7.x Service (incl. WebUI)
- Good technical understanding of SAP platform and integration aspects , e.i.:- Interfaces to SAP ECC, mainly FI/CO & Logistics
- Groupware Integration (CRM Outlook)
- Several years of practical experience with SAP CRM
- Language: English

- Integration of Mobile Service Solution with SAP Mobile Plattform (SMP)
