Implementation Manager/Coordinator

An Implementation Manager/Coordinator (telecommunications) is required for our German Client an international Telecommunication Vendor in Frankfurt, this is a 6 months rolling contract with a day rate of up to €400, depending on your experience, you will need to communicate fluently verbally and written German, This office based role would suit a Telecommunication project manager who is looking to work in an office environment, As an Implementation Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating a number of telecommunication projects with regional rollout activities on site by site basis (or link basis, or cluster basis) You will be responsible for calling off material and relevant services, according to agreed lead-times or SLA

As an Implementation Coordinator (telecoms) other duties include

  • Taking full cost responsibility for his/her respected sites/links/cluster.
  • Cost efficient coordination of all internal and external resources which are required for the installation and integration of network elements (fixed network and/or mobile) in the telecommunications area incl.
  • Meeting SLA deadlines, project costing
  • Responsibility in compiling and handing of the site documentation
  • Timely data administration within Site Handler"
  • Coordination and execution of site inspection (BTB) and LOS tests
  • Create logworks for offers
  • Development or coordination (planning office) of execution planning including planning documentation
  • Initiate and order of material and services in line with agreed delivery dates
  • Request personal resources from ASP/GU as well as FSO/Dispo
  • Clarify access to constructions sites
  • Order and coordinate crane or cherry picker
  • Conduct/check DOA process
  • Organize disposal of material/scrap
  • Prepare invoice in relevant database (Site Handler)
  • Order to Invoice

Qualifications & experience

  • Basic requirement is a professional qualification in the field of IT or communication technology, a technical/business-management university degree or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience as Service Coordinator or Project Manager or multiannual experience as Field Technician or Construction Manager is highly recommended.
  • Good knowledge regarding construction activities during installation of telecommunication network and the components
  • Basic project management skills (time, cost, quality)
  • Structured method of operation, business mind-set, cost awareness
  • Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of the German language (spoken and written)
  • IS/IT tools and access
  • MS Office, Adobe, SAP, Site Handler
