Aufgaben:
Currently we are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Leader (m/f) Logistics for opening up a new warehouse site. Your main responsibilities will be:

+ The Site Leader (m/f) will be responsible for all aspects of the leadership, development and succession planning for all managers, team leaders and employees.
+ Ensure the culture is in alignment with our shared commitments and shared behaviours
+ Initiate training and provide key input for the development of direct reports and their teams
+ Implement and assist in developing long-term strategic planning of goals, personnel development objectives and eBay enterprise business objectives.
+ Drive continuous improvement in all activities.
+ Ensure compliance with all safety, quality and company policy requirements.
+ Manage and support standard operating procedures that optimize the efficiency of eBay enterprise operations and meet client SLA’s
+ Continually review and optimize the financial performance of the operations.
+ Support and drive quality initiatives and processes to support those initiatives.
+ Develop and manage variable budgets for each of the operations
+ Provide guidance and leadership to employees to ensure business plans are met.
+ Contribute to business analysis of the operations to improve safety, quality, productivity and the customer experience.
+ Maintain and develop positive business relationships with all clients.
+ Meet all yearly goals as defined by annual key metrics.
+ Support all expansion opportunities.
+ Travel as required to our corporate facilities and sites throughout the EU and US.

Anforderungen:
+ German National
+ Experience of new site/new business launches including recruitment of new team and WMS, MHE implementation
+ Min 5yrs experience of managing multi channel/multi client e-commerce operations
+ Client facing and customer focused.
+ Excellent communicator both internally and externally
+ Effective manager and leader
+ Excellent problem solving skills
+ Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
+ Attention to detail
+ Self motivated and proactive
+ Confident decision maker
+ Budgetary responsibility in excess of €25m
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills
