Project Manager Support: Project Management Officer/PMO/Finance/Bank/German
My prestigious financial client is looking for Project Management Support who speak both German and English.
Key skills:
- University degree in economics or business studies computer science or equivalent qualification
- Experience in Controlling is desirable
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good knowledge of Lotus Notes and SAP System
- Organisational skills and communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Very good German and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Project Status Reporting
- Project/Milestone Planning and Tracking
- Change request management
- Activity, Issue and Risk Management Monitoring
- Meeting protocols and management
- Project resources and capacity management
- Budget control on cost centres and project level
- Process definition and optimization
- Direct report to the Head of Department
Start date: October 2014
End date: 31.12.2014 with option of extension
Location: Eschborn
