Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2631 for an IT Markets Business Analyst (f/m) with FX Experience.Project environment
The business analysis role for the FX Risk Management system in a Swiss Private Bank targets the project realization & implementation phase and the general configuration of the FX-platform Murex as well as enhanced BA support role in the FX sector for the new platform after implementation.
Tasks
• Support and assist FX support team from Business analysis side with profound knowledge of the new FX platform.
• Capture, specify and document business requirements of implementation phase of FX-platform (configuration and customized system adjustments).
• Represent and accompany end-users during UAT, implementation and after go-live.
• Test configured functionality / new features on FX-platform.
• Analysing and solving business errors on FX-platform.
• Supervise IT ensuring all business critical features are available and properly running.
• To organize UAT’s and to achieve successful UAT signoffs.
• To overview functional testing for new FX-platform.
• Act as point of contact for FX business users for on-going requirements.
Technical skills
Absolutely necessary:
• 10+ years post collegiate work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial Foreign Exchange industry.
• Experience with FX-platforms (Murex/MX.3).
• Profound Foreign Exchange business knowledge.
• Strong understanding of FX cash and FX option trading and its lifecycles.
• Knowledge in Precious Metals and Base Metals trading and lifecycles preferred.
• Adequate FX pricing knowledge (verifying prices of FX products).
• FX related Profit & Loss analytical know how.
• Front to Back FX banking processes with an emphasis on FX trading and middle office.
• Good German and English skills.
Preferable:
• Ideally, the candidate has FX trading experience or a deep understanding of FX trading procedures.
• Prior working experience with requirement gathering and user acceptance testing.
