Process Designer: Finance/Bank/German/ITIL
A financial client of mine is looking for a Process Designer to join their team ASAP until the end of the year. The degree of employment is 60-80%.
Key skills:
The Process Designer must have experience and expertise in:
- Process Design
- Financial industry
- IT Project and Line Organisations
- Project Management
- Experience in designing business and IT processes
- Experience in stakeholder communication
- Experience in documenting business and IT processes
- Knowledge of and experience in industry standards (ITIL)
- Self dependent, pro-active working attitude
- Good communication skills, good verbal and written skills in English and German
Mandatory requirements:
- Experience in Process Design
- Process documentation
- English and German language
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design IT Processes like release-, incident-, change request-processes and others
- Documentation processes in Visio, Word and Powerpoint
- Discuss, agree processes with stakeholders
- Apply best practice approaches like ITIL
