Process Designer (m/w)

Start date of assignment: Immediate / as soon as possible - Initial contract duration 4 months until end 2014
Degree of employment: 60% - 80%
Location: Frankfurt a. M.

Experience and expertise in:
process design
financial industry
IT project and line organisations
project management
Experience in designing business and IT processes
Experience in stakeholder communication
Experience in documenting business and IT processes
Experience in implementation of business and IT processes
Knowledge of and experience in industry standards like e.g. ITIL of advantage
Self dependent, pro-active working attitude
Good communication skills, good  verbal and written skills in English and German

Task and responsibilities
Design IT processes like release-, incident-, change request-process and others
Document processes in Visio, Word and Powerpoint
Discuss, agree processes with stakeholders
Apply best practice approaches, like e.g. ITIL

Mandatory skills and experience
Experience in process design
Experience in process documentation
Experience in financial industry
Strong personal and communication skills
English and German language

Optional skills
Experience/Knowledge in industry standards like e.g. ITIL
