KPI Acceptance & Optimization Engineer - German/KPI/RBS6000/NROI am looking for an Optimization Engineer to join my clients project based in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Nemo1 KPI Acceptance & Optimization team is responsible in the acceptance process and optimization for the radio performance of the newly installed RBS600 in the Vodafone network. Take action on failed KPI-reports. Discuss with the customer the proposed optimization measures. Argue with the customer to get RFC (Ready for Customer) or conditional RFC. Interface to local KPI & Tuning team and Back Office reading all radio performance issues and radio network planning issue. Implement knowledge transfer towards our customer. Join regional status meetings. Conduct meetings with the customer optimization engineers. Reporting towards the project with respect to KPI & Optimization
Candidate Skills & Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess qualities of the following kind:
Senior knowledge and experience in Radio Network Planning and Optimization for GSM, WCDMA, LTE. Good process knowledge about all NRO (network rollout) processes. 5 years' experience in NRO/KPI & Tuning projects. Senior understanding of database management, radio network planning and optimization tools and field measurement tools. Fluent German language skills.
