Role: Successfactors Consultant
Start date: ASAP
Location: Berlin, Germany
Duration: 6 months + extension
Next Ventures is seeking a Successfactors Consultant to lead large complex implementations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and coordinate team resources
- Lead projects that include strategy development, requirements definition, business process improvement, stakeholder involvement, change management, quality assurance, risk management, user training, application configuration, system installation, and testing.
- Ensure design and deliver high quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements.
- Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules.
- Clearly document system configuration and business processes.
- Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going support.
- Develop and manage project plans for your area
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Deep understanding of how applications support business process
- Ability to apply this knowledge to solve client business problems.
- At least 1 years experience in multiple SuccessFactors BizX solutions

KNOWLEDGE:
- Skilled at knowledge sharing of functional and technical information with other team members
- Experience conducting end user training

- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to grasp business concepts and setup applications accordingly
- Ability to multi task, exercise sound judgment and prioritize conflicting demands of time with minimal supervision.
- Self guided person able to work in a changing environment
- Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience a must
