Role: Successfactors Consultant

Duration: 6 months + extension

Next Ventures is seeking a Successfactors Consultant to lead large complex implementations. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and coordinate team resources
  • Lead projects that include strategy development, requirements definition, business process improvement, stakeholder involvement, change management, quality assurance, risk management, user training, application configuration, system installation, and testing.
  • Ensure design and deliver high quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements.
  • Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules.
  • Clearly document system configuration and business processes.
  • Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going support.
  • Develop and manage project plans for your area

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Deep understanding of how applications support business process
  • Ability to apply this knowledge to solve client business problems.
  • At least 1 years experience in multiple SuccessFactors BizX solutions

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Skilled at knowledge sharing of functional and technical information with other team members
  • Experience conducting end user training
  • Ability to work as part of a team, yet work independently on complex problems. Must be a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their knowledge in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to grasp business concepts and setup applications accordingly
  • Ability to multi task, exercise sound judgment and prioritize conflicting demands of time with minimal supervision.
  • Self guided person able to work in a changing environment
  • Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience a must
