For following duties we are searching for a Deskside End User and VIP Support Analyst (m/f):- To manage all day to day desktop activities: IMAC, PC imaging, software distribution, patch management
- EUC VIP support
- IT support for application installs, meeting room setup and ticket management
- Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure proper urgency and prioritization of tasks across technical resources (German Language)
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- Having good Lotus Notes experience, worked with Blackberry Configuration and BES and familiar with Cisco VOIP phone solutions
- Have prior Exposure of Patching Cables in the IDF room
- Have good experience of Windows 7 Migration from Windows XP and issues faced after Migration
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
Desirable:
- Have Good Experience of using SCCM as a tool for Packaging and Distribution
- Have used Service-now tool as a Ticketing tool
