Your role:
Management of tickets
Qualifying and recording requests
Provide 1st & 2nd level IT support services to end users
Follow up of incidents until their resolution
Guaranty a fast and efficient customer service

Your profile
Qualification in IT area
At least 1 years’ experience in IT support
Excellent technical knowledge of Windows and MS Office
Strong knowledge of software installation methodologies, networks, peripheral devices, issue and incident management
A good command of languages (English + German), written and spoken is a must
Customer service oriented (excellent relationship and good presentation)
Good team spirit
