Role: Deskside End User and VIP support analyst
Location: Munich,Germany
Duration: 6 months+
JD:
- EUC VIP support
- To manage all day to day desktop activities: IMAC, PC imaging, software distribution, patch Management.
- IT support for application installs, meeting room setup and ticket management in SN and IPM.
- Having good Lotus Notes experience, worked with Blackberry Configuration and BES and familiar with Cisco VOIP phone solutions,
- Have prior Exposure of Patching Cables in the IDF room.
- Have good experience of Windows 7 Migration from Windows Xp and issues faced after Migration
- Have Good Experience of using SCCM as a tool for Packaging and Distribution( Desirable)
- Have used Service-now tool as a Ticketing tool ( Desirable)
- Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure proper urgency and prioritisation of tasks across technical resources (German Language)
