Task description
* Server Management based on Citrix
* Client and Software Management
* Responsiple for AppSense, Patch, Printer and Security (Antivirus)
* Network Services (DHCP Options, Static IP)
* Test User Management
* Authorizations, Roles and responsibilities, BPEX FS in File Space Management
* IMACD (Install Move Add Change Delete) Processes
* ITSM Processes (Incident and Request Management)
* SLcM Processes (Asset Management)
* Maintenance windows and SLAs ZTBpre DIwebLAUSpre migration project to
* Savvy/BPEX ZTBPRE
* Defect management for Xenapp, XenDesktop, AppSense, SCCM and SLS testing
Skills
* German language support is mandatory
* In-depth knowledge of German federal banking regulations
* As well as in-depth knowledge of the Customer environment, existing new
* NetInstall Savvy Client and Server Systems Environment in ZTBPRE (TAP)
* Project management skills, best communication and team leading skills.

Duration: End of August for 4 months (extension optional), full-time
