- Monitoring and preparation of the topics on-board diagnostic ( OBD) systems and OBD II emissions related components in the automotive powertrain and electric drive
- Ensuring of OBD functions in the drive train
- Creation and maintenance of specifications
- Specification of the diagnosis and interfaces under the provisions of international regulations ( regulations and laws)
- Planning, preparation and execution of tests
- Preparation of reports and presentations of the tests and results
- Support and participate in testing of the vehicle
The ideal candidate will have :
- University degree in electronics, automotive engineering, mechatronics , etc.
- Several years of professional experience in the area of ??control devices in the drive train in conjunction with OBD
- Knowledge of vehicle bus systems in the automotive ECU diagnostics and related protocols
- Sound knowledge and practical experience with the tools CANoe , DiagRA , INCA
- Knowledge of actuators and sensors and their interfaces in the drive train
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, SAP and management tools for specifications ( Doors)
- Good German and English
- Teamwork , resilience and reliability
- Class 3 driving license
