Project environment
ePrivate Bank is an already running project of a global Swiss Bank. A new and innovative solution in the area of document management and its integration into the client facing channels has to be evaluated and prepared for management decision.
Tasks
• A Business Analyst in this area works with experienced colleagues out of the BA Channels team and will be closely coached at the very beginning.
• He/she contributes to the design and documentation of a new ePrivate Banking Module.
• The project is at the very beginning, starts with an Evaluation Phase incl. Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) preparations for vendors.
• Requirements Engineering as well as System Design tasks are at hand.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst.
• Experience with Evaluation procedures (RFP, RFI, communication with Tool-Vendors etc.).
• Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working (e.g. Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, UML).
• Corporate Language for any documentation is English.
• Experience in banking / a profound understanding of the banking industry would be an advantage.
Soft skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Initiative acting and dedicated commitment as well as excellent organizational skills and keen perception.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (communication with Business and IT Stakeholders).
• High awareness of quality and deadlines.
• A very good command of German and English.
