Tasks and responsibilities:
* Operational management of configuration and integration steps in the modernization and expansion of mobile networks with emphasis on base stations and transmission equipment
* Editing and creation of new work orders in the ticket system "TTWOS"
* Review of the tickets for completeness and if necessary, clarify with the internal or external clients
* Order processing and cross-team coordination of the steps in the modernization process, triggering of sub-contracts to external and internal teams
* Tracking of orders & ensuring the timely processing
* Provision of data and reports for project planning, progress monitoring and performance measurement
* Involvement in the harmonization of processes
Required qualifications:
* FLUENT GERMAN speakers ONLY, English skills optional
* Technicians, skilled workers or comparable purchased in practice qualification
* Experience in service coordination
* Extensive experience in the handling of work orders in the ticket system "TTWOS"
* Good understanding of processes in the construction and integration of RAN and transmission technology in network construction of large mobile operators
* Basic knowledge of configuration work in RAN area (2G, 3G, LTE and transmission), understanding of the network architecture (eg, ATM, SDH, Ethernet)
* Experience in dealing with systems for network planning (eg Amdocs/Cramer Systems) desirable
