Design Level 5 processes based on the existing Level 2 processes for Talent Management in the context of an IT Tool implementation- Facilitate Workshops with different stakeholder to jointly agree on a future process model, challenging the status quo
- Document the future processes and working instructions, further details on the activity split
- Adopt existing service catalogue reflecting the new activity split
- Support preparation of HR.Online Documentation
- Support/ Facilitate End-to-End Process Testing
Anforderung:
Key experience in implementing HR Shared Service Centers, including the tiered model, in a globally operating environment
- Experience in implementing Talent Management solutions in global companies with the size of E.ON
- Deep knowledge of tiered services and the target operating model based on the Ulrich Model
- Good Knowhow in performance management and talent management, e.g. diagnostics, performance management, succession planning
- Experience with HR process mapping, at best talent management processes
- Change management experience
- Willingness to travel is an advantage for this role
- Competent in handling of MS-Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
