Your challenge
- Design and implementation of custom solutions based on MS Dynamics CRM
- Active support our customers in all phases of a CRM project - from the request reception, requirements specification, solution design, prototyping, testing to international rollout
- Expert advice our customers to design and optimize their business processes in marketing, sales and service
- Conducting workshops and presentations at our customers
- Active participation in an interdisciplinary project team
Your Fitness Level
- Experience in MS Dynamics CRM
- Ideally, experience with MS SQL Server, SharePoint and other Microsoft technologies
- Skills in the analysis and design of business processes in marketing, sales and service
- Basic knowledge of methods, process models and software development tools
- Structured and methodical approach in developing technical solutions
- Communication skills in German and ideally in English
