TETRA Project Manager - Ulm/TETRA/BDBOS

The successful applicant will be RUNNING a Digital Funk/TETRA project in Ulm, and you will play a key role in managing a nationwide digital radio/TETRA rollout. I am looking for experienced Project Managers with a minimum 5 years in managing complex projects, particularly within mobile radio (concept, implementation, optimisation, operation). You will be involved in taking control of Suppliers, Quality Management and Risk Management. You will be responsible for control of individual reports to the customer and strategic development of the reporting system
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential competencies will include:
- Several years of experience in project management of complex projects, especially in mobile radio
- Experience in working in public/governmental environment
- Experience in Digital Radio (TETRA) and construction, optimization, management
- Experience in strategic and operational planning radio (including in-house or property supply)
- Extensive experience in project management and controlling
- Experience in coordination and management of project teams and 3PPs
- Communication skills and conflict management skills
- Assertiveness and solution-oriented, structured way of working
- Methodological skills and the ability of integration project work with many interfaces
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in projects for radio- technical object supply
- References especially in the field of public administration
- Working language and report language German
