For our client located in Cologne we are currently looking for a PeopleSoft Solution Exper/Business Analyst for PeopleSoft.

The client is looking for a senior Business Analyst who can support the analysis process which the company is currently undergoing.
Description:
Genesis is a global HR program to consolidate 3 PeopleSoft regional instances into a single virtual global instance and bring in employee records from 3 other non-PeopleSoft Legacy HR systems as well as adding other countries that do not have an HR system today. This position is for a senior business analyst supporting the analysis of existing interfaces from the current EU systems (PeopleSoft 8.3 and Mainframe applications) and provide functional specification for the implementation with PS 9.1 HCM implementation at the client.
Technical Skills (Must Have):
- Experienced in business analysis and writing functional specifications for interface development for up- and downstream systems in the context of PeopleSoft HCM
- Able to understand HR related requirements for interface processing
- BA should be technically minded and have knowledge of: PeopleCode, XML, Database Architecture (Programming is NOT required)
- PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 (and older versions) knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication, facilitation and written skills
- Able to manage ambiguity
- Working in multi-cultural environment and countries
- Fluent in English and German
Technical Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience in HR business processes
- Work in a global team
