Skills & Experience:
- Basic understanding of Gateway Level Content Filtering fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of Bluecoat Proxy architecture.
- Should be familiar with the Bluecoat Proxy GUI in order to support 24 X 7 operations.
- Should be well versed with Security Compliance and Framework.
- Should have knowledge of Security Information Event Management (SIEM).
- Should be aware of ITIL implementation.
- Perform routine monitoring of the Bluecoat Proxy health.
- First level of troubleshooting/resolution of incidents by following documented procedure/s and using the KEDB Follow-up/tracking of open incidents/changes for feedback/information.
- Generating regular service and operational reports by following documented procedure.
