Project Manager - Vendor Management
I am currently looking for a Project Manager with Vendor Management experience to support our client's team.
Tasks:
The external project manager shall support the Procurement category managers in driving the already identified topics by establishing an efficient PMO on one-hand but also supporting in selected topics by clarifying and re-shaping processes with internal stakeholders (often with a technical focus) and external vendors.
Skills:
The optimal candidate has excellent project management skills, sound experience with vendors/vendor management, is an excellent, pro-active communicator with good influencing skills. He/she has a good technical understanding (may be worked before in a data center setting); excellent presentation (Powerpoint) and analytical (Excel) skills while speaking and writing English and German on a business professional level.
In a nutshell:
- Experience with vendor management/driving relations with vendors
- Excellent analytical skills (facts and figures)
- Excellence in Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
- Excellent organizational talent
- Self-started, pro-active
- German and fluent English
- negotiating skills
- Optional: SAP/SRM and SAP/MM experience
Start/Duration: beginning of June - until end of November 2014
