Test and Measurement Division in München is currently seeking external support for the following position Software Developer for Driver-Development.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Development of message-queue-transfer driver for the operating-system OSE by the use of the internal-developed generic implementation of message-queue-transfer system
- Adaption of the message-queue-transfer driver for multi-core processors
- Test and integration of the driver into the mobile communication test-system
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL
- Bachelor or Masters degree in electronic engineering/electronics/communications
- Very good programming skills in low level Embedded systems programming in C (minimum 3 years)
- 3+ years experience in driver implementations for Real Time operating systems, eg VXWorks, OSE, Linux
- Good Real Time programming know-how
- Good design and architecture skills
- Good development experience in PCIe drivers and multi-core technologies
BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS:
ESSENTIAL
- Excellent team player capable of working in multi-national teams
- Very good Knowledge of English language
