Task:
- Senior Consulting in Siebel for a Global CRM Project
- Configuration of Siebel with Siebel Tools 8.1.1.3
- Configuration of Runtime Events
- Supporting the client in his Europe-wide Siebel 8.1 development and enhancement project
- Analyze and estimate business requirements, develop Functional- and Technical Design Documents
- Technical implementation in Siebel using Siebel Business Components, Siebel Business Services/eScripts/Workflows and EAI Integration with Siebel Tools.Strong experiences in:
- Siebel architecture and development
- Siebel Workflows
- Changes of Siebel eScripts
- Changes in Siebel Task
- Deployment and Testing
- Customizing
- Integration Objects for data via MQ/XML
- XML - Publisher Reports
- Siebel Runtime Events
- Detailed documentation
