Required Knowledge & Skills:
*SAP BI/BW experience
*Strong reporting experience.
*Crystal Reports expert
*There are very specific skills required to do this work, in particular a high level of SQL and Crystal Reports.
A key area for this role is to deliver a single customer report which can be utilised across all customers regardless of size. This is creating a 'standard' report and can simplify the delivery of monthly reporting and encapsulate everything we require without getting into bespoke solutions by report and by customer each month.
Essential Skills/Experience:
* Crystal Reports Writing
* Crystal Reports Server (CMC & Infoview)
* SQL Server Development
- SSIS
- Stored Procedures
- Views
- DBA (Tuning, Backups, Management)
* Data Warehousing
* VBScript
* Excel
* HP Openview Operations Manager, HP Reporter.
* MS SQL Server with Scripting skills.
* HP Service Manager (SM7, SM9),
* Strong Customer focus.
* Achieving deadlines set by Team Leader or Manager.
* Ability to work under pressure.
