Our client aims for a standardization of the applications and process landscape over the next 3-5 years.
The core of the ERP solution is a SAP Template, developed 6 years ago with need optimization and modernization prior to further roll out to different countries. Roll outs are targeted in Sweden, South Africa, UK, India.
Tasks:
Analyse business requirements and the current environment. Provide solution proposal to fulfil the requirements based on standard tools.
The result of the investigation will be a decision paper/ design document presenting the proposed solution.
Present results to / get agreement with key stakeholders (Business and IT).
(Where application) support during the implementation phase (low level designs, testing, key user training and support)
Qualifications:
Senior consultant with minimum 8-10 years of working experience in international project
Exposure to multiple, diverse business systems within manufacturing industry, technical configurations, technologies and processing environments
Strong end to end process and functional knowledge in an SAP environment in Procurement/Logistic or Planning Manufacturing E2E processes
Experienced with global SAP roll outs and other projects (minimum 2 full project life cycles)
Additional asset: overview on current IT market trends for ERP/ SAP solutions
Excellent analytic, leadership, communication and change management skills
Willingness to travel: 80% of time.
