Project environment
A Global Swiss Bank is looking for a person with a broad technical foundation and good analytical skills to support them in the role as an integrator and 3rd level supporter for a number of their applications.
Tasks
In the role as an integrator the following tasks:
• Support in installing software in the test environments using the Software Deployment Tool.
• Support in analysing issues in the test and production environments.
• Support in reproducing production issues in the test environments.
• Support in testing the frontend of the applications.
Requirements
• Must be able to see and understand the dependencies between different application modules implemented using different technologies.
• Basic testing skills required.
• A certain curiosity is required, in order to be able to understand the applications.
• High degree of autonomous working required.
• Good communication skills are required, since there will be a lot of stakeholder management required for the tasks listed above.
• Fluent in English is a must, German skills of advantage.
Technical skills
• UNIX including basic scripting know-how.
• Websphere Application Server.
• Java (on a level that enables you to understand WAS logfiles and analyse stacktraces).
• Oracle know-how, including SQL and basic PL/SQL.
