? - Dedicated Business Knowledge in Sales/ Marketing/ OTC
? - Industry flavor out of manufacturing/ high tech/ consumer goods welcome
? - Proven knowledge in the specification/ description of Sales Concepts and Business Processes (based on initiatives)
? - Ability to handle alignment meetings with subsidiaries and technical teams
? - English – fluently (verbal and written)
? - Structured and analytical way of working
? - Very good communication skills, result orientation
? - SAP CRM knowledge recommended
Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
? - Support of business concept creation.
? - Global Process design and documentation in the area of Sales, OTC, Marketing based on business concepts.
? - Leading alignment workshops with the business/subsidiaries to achieve a common understanding and acceptance of the global processes.
? - Cooperation with the IT to ensure that the technical solution meets the business needs.
