Senior Manager delivery & operations / Freelance-Contract work ref:13406
For this role we are seeking someone to act as the right hand person to the Integration manager
With including tasks such as:
Follow-up on orders, place orders, ensure delivery deadlines are met, troubleshoots changes/ rescheduling etc... (end-to-end tracking) within infrastructural environments, organize priorities according to needs and schedules
Work with suppliers and supply chain teams on a weekly basis Manage various requests whether be in goods or resources Data entries (KPI processes)
What we expect
Proven track record in service management and a strong focus on delivery
Good understanding of infrastructure and applications architecture with a focus on UNIX, Windows and Oracle platforms
Several years of experience in Service Management, preferably in a similar role
Organizational awareness preferably with pharmaceutical knowledge
Understanding of GIS service management processes is desirable
Understanding of IBM service management processes and tools is desirable
Experience with MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint
Team work in a challenging IT environment
Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and driven
Flexibility and ability to deal with variable workload
