for a Project Manager (f/m) for the Enterprise Batch Management
Project environment
A Swiss Insurance Company is looking for a replacement of a former Project Manager who has been working for the EBM (Enterprise Batch Management) team consisting of 10+ people (incl. internal and external employees, 2nd level team in Poland and development team in India). The primary job of the alumnus was to manage and coordinate tasks within the team (incl. maintaining high-level roadmaps etc.), to conduct regular internal as well as stakeholder meetings (incl. preparation and meeting minutes). With his strong enterprise IT background and his experience in working as an IT manager, the alumnus greatly added value to the insurance’s team and they are now looking for an equivalent replacement.
Tasks
• Manage and coordinate tasks in context of EBM line activities and the "Distributed Batch Migration" RUN-project (incl. maintaining high-level roadmaps etc).
• Prepare stakeholder / customer communications.
• Conduct regular internal as well as stakeholder meetings (incl. preparation, meeting minutes etc).
Requirements
• Sound understanding of enterprise IT environments (big picture thinker).
• Strong BA skills (IT domain).
• Strong communicator and facilitator (connecting people).
• Sound organizational and project management skills (manage and coordinate tasks).
• Technical background (ideally software development or engineering), maybe someone who has grown out of the "hands-on" business.
• Ideally experience with batch processing, workload automation etc. (not a must).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
