Client needs a SQL Server 2012 AlwaysOn Availability Groups installation backing a 10.000 User SharePoint installation

Planning: part-time, maybe remote appx. 1 wk
Installation/Tuning: Full time on-site appx. 1-2 wks
Familiar with “AlwaysOn Availability Groups” concepts which are mandatory central for configuring and managing one or more availability groups in SQL Server 2012.
Able to plan and perform the installation of MS SQL Server 2012 on a Windows Server 2012 R2 platform.
Able to optimize the SQL Server for the use of a large SharePoint Server Farm.
