- SuccessFactors working experience with Employee Central or LMS
- SuccessFactors Training - Mastery certificated
- SuccessFactors integration knowledge (1 full lifecycle project minimum)
- Skilled in workshops and requirement gathering
- English speaking
- In depth SAP working knowledge
