For one of our clients we are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant – (Bank/Finance)
Main Task:
Consulting, customizing, testing and go-live support service.
Assesment activities for thr program solution and identify possibilities to implement remaining scope.
Participation in internal and customer workshops and workstream meetings
Creation oflow level specifications, reviews with customer
Provision of effort estimates for tasks related to customization, implementation and testing
Provision of progress information (work performed, estimate to complete)
Testing of customized an implemented solution during the build phase including failure analysis
Support for user acceptance test and test payroll runs during the test phase including failure analysis
Support for the customer in developing customers eLearning and training material
Perform training of ES_SSC (shared service center)
Support for cross-over and go-live activities
Required Skills:
Expert in HCM
experience in Austrian payroll SAP HCM
Basic ABAP knowledge (no need to program, but able to read ABAP in order to debug and analyze
SAP HCCM Bank prokects
training experioence (SAP HCM PY)
German language skills
