Project description:- Administrative / Organizational tasks
- Responsible for working on operative, administrative tasks and realization of organizational changes via ticket system in HR4You
- Design, maintenance and administration of all relevant documents and data
- Design and update of statistics and reports as well as update of relevant data base
Role/Skill/Task:
- General HR tasks
- Consulting and support of employees and managers in personnel-relevant business processes, such as performance management process, usage of HR Suite and role assessment, payroll systematics etc.
- Supporting HR relevant business processes (personnel planning, Agreement on objectives, talent management)
- Point of contact for internal functional departments for HR direct consulting, payroll management, recruiting, controlling
- Project support (in alignment with business partners) i.e. supporting and realization of HR projects Functional skill:
- At least 5 years relevant professional experience in general HR roles, i.e. as HR manager / HR business partner in a group environment with a complex matrix organization
- Background in business administration (diploma) with focus on HR
- Solid know how of relevant HR functions, programs and business processes
- Solid know how in labour law, especially in collective labour law
- Good command of basics in social security and tax regulation
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Good command of SAP R/3 HR
Non-IT skills:
- HR functionalities, programs and business processes (good)
- Strong background as HR manager / HR business partner (excellent)
- Familiar with social security and tax regulation (trained)
- Famiiliar with collective labour law (good)
- Language skill: English, German (both business fluent in w/s)
