A leading provider of software testing services is urgently seeking a contract Software Test Engineer/QA Analyst for a contract engagement in Munich, Germany, starting immediately. Initial assignment is estimated at 2-4 weeks with possibility of long-term extension.
The successful candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience in performing UX and smoke testing, and will be flexible and capable in working with multiple devices types, OS versions, and releases. The candidate will be expected to execute mainly manual testing.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience of 2+ years in software testing – Cloud, Web, TV/video preferred
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS environments
- Experience working with mobile devices
- Solid defect investigation and bug reporting skills
- Excellent analytical and problem determination/solving skills, a keen attention to details
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with excellent organizational skills
- Motivated self-starter with ability to hit the ground running and on board in a short period of time
- Proficient in written and spoken English, good written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of WiFi routers
- Native German speaker with knowledge of cultural norms
