Thorough applied technical knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with CITRIX Systems Support. Capable of performing installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning. Citrix Version 4.5 environment, including Citrix Webinterface and Citrix Access Gateway.
