People related change management expertise for an assignment on a project in the area of OneERP based on SAP:
The client wants to move to one ERP instance for the core resource planning & cost accounting, integrated with PLM and Maximo. Throughout 2014 the process and data standards for the One ERP solution(s) will be streamlined:
Out of the existing scope standard business process & data model will be selected for maximum value
Decisions on legacy data / contracts (migrate, archive, remove) will be taken
Current solutions will be consolidated, customisation removed, and all new customisation stopped
A deployment sequence will be agreed
The Change Manager is supposed to be a key project member facilitating the decision making process, identifying all relevant stakeholders, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment, and setting up the right level of communication. Furthermore the impact assessments and the preparation of the end user adoption belongs to the role.
Tasks:
Stakeholder analysis and engagement across the organisation (top management, middle management and key user level, IS internally, inside the CORE functions and in the Regions/ Divisions)
Communication plan and execution
Facilitation of workshops with Business representatives from different Regions, Divisions and BT CORE to define the streamlined ERP solution(s)
Change impact analysis of the streamlined solution(s)
Contribute to end user adaption approach as part of the deployment preparation.
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years’ work experience on IT projects and in complex environments
Proven track in change management expertise such as change management practices/tools, stakeholder management, training strategy, communication, organizational impact analysis
Strong expertise in Strategic Stakeholder Management
Strong Facilitation Skills
International experience of at least 5 years, intercultural competence
Understanding of SAP environment and experience in SAP deployments
Good understanding of the Railway Industry business
Good knowledge of Project Management best practices
Ability to deal with broad audience from executives to project management and business users
Ability to operate in a global, matrix environment
Positive and can-do attitude
High communication and presentation skills
Business level English
